🧊 Ice Soup By Jeyadra Vijayselvan
       A Chilled Coconut Drink

When The Tropical Heat Is On, There’s Nothing More Refreshing Than A Chilled Bowl Of Something Soothing, Light, And Full Of Flavour. That’s Exactly What This Ice Soup Is — My Spin On The Classic Thai Sago Dessert

I Created Ice Soup One Humid Afternoon When I Was Craving Something Cool, Spoonable, And Satisfying — Like Thai Sago, But Without The Heaviness Of Added Starches. I Began With Coconut Water, Added Some Tender Coconut Milk, And Layered In Tropical Fruits And Chilled Jello Cubes From My Masterclass. It Was Instant Bliss.

Over Time, I’ve Evolved This Recipe Into A Reliable Crowd-Pleaser, Especially For People Who Want Light, Hydrating, And Naturally Sweet Treats. It’s A Drinkable Dessert, And Once You Try It, You’ll Know Why I Call It Ice Soup.

It’s Not Just A Soup. It’s A Bowl Of Tropical Therapy. ✨

💬 Try It And Let Me Know!
