Once you have successfully purchased the course, follow the below steps:
1. Go to MY COURSES & click on the course you have purchased 
2. For an upcoming Live class, you will be able to see a timer for the live session. When the timer goes off, you will be redirected to ZOOM App. We do NOT email any ZOOM link 
3. If you are not able to see your course under ‘MY COURSES’, please write to support@jeyadra.com and the support team will help you in 48 hours

About Course Validity
💥 3 Days Access to the recording of the Live session.
💥 Watch the video and download the PDF before the validity of the course ends
💥 We do NOT have a provision to extend or change validity of the course in any form. 

About the PDF Downloadable
💥 Recipe PDF will be uploaded on the website by evening 6PM on the live-session day. You will find this under your course
💥 Download the PDF before the course validity ends and save it in a safe location
💥 We WILL NOT email the PDFs if you fail to download. Any requests to email PDF will not be appreciated or responded. 
💥 We are not responsible if the participants do not download the recipe document during the validity period

Guidelines for after-class Support:
We spend many hours crafting the recipe and teach our students the same, to achieve the perfect results. The same is explained in detail in our live sessions also. We strongly recommend our students to follow the recipe as it is to get the desired results.
💥3 Days academic support over a dedicated e-mail (studentcoordinator@jeyadra.com). Emails with academic queries sent to any other ID will not be responded to 
💥We will not be able to advise or support on any replacements/substitutes/different processes and procedures whatsoever. Our after-class support is exclusively for the recipe only. Any questions outside of the recipe scope will NOT be responded to. 
💥To make the best use of this facility, we urge you to try the recipe, capture work-in-progress pictures and share them with us to be able to help you efficiently. Without pictures, expect limited support only.
💥Questions on topics covered in the session will not be answered to without any preliminary effort from your end. Be attentive, take a lot of notes, watch the full recording at-least once before you ask question as your question is most likely been answered in the session already
💥After-class support is available for limited time only. Questions received after the validity will be deprioritized and hence expect a delay in response
